Lodge 69 Was Double Booked: what happens

A couple arrives at a mountain cabin for a quiet weekend away, only to find another couple already unpacking. The booking site has sold the same lodge twice, and there is nowhere else to stay.

Making the best of it means sharing a kitchen, a fireplace and very thin walls. Over the weekend the polite arrangement between strangers becomes a lot less polite, and both couples find out more about each other than they planned.

First chapter, free: the mix-up

The opener is the arrival and the awkward discovery. Nobody wants to drive back down the mountain, so the four agree to share.

After the free part (3–5): a weekend with strangers

The paid chapters cover the shared weekend, with the tension between the two couples building scene by scene.
